You can tag anytime! Our tagging site is open year-round, so get a jump start on your tagging. Before you begin, please read the information on the Merchanding Prep Page for complete instructions for how to package and tag your items. Due to liability issues, we cannot accept items that are not prepared following these guidelines.

DROP OFF DAYS:

TUESDAY February 19th
4pm-6pm Valet taggers/ Consignors with 300+ Items Drop-Off
6pm – 9pm Working Moms Drop-Off


WEDNESDAY February 20th
9am-7pm Consignor Drop-Off (No Consignor will be allowed to check in after 7pm.)


Remember to allow at least one hour for drop-off


THURSDAY, February 21st Consignor Presale Shopping

4:00pm – Consignor +1 Friend (No Exceptions)
7pm- Children welcome to come with all of the above groups

Noon- 7pm No children allowed except nursing infants under the age of 1 in carrier or sling. (NO STROLLERS ALLOWED)

SATURDAY February 23rd

8pm- Half Price PreSale for Consignors ONLY (No Guests)

SUNDAY February 24th
3pm-8pm Breakdown
7pm-8pm Pick-Up
9pm-12am Final Clean-Up
 

How to Tag

 

1. All tags brought to the sale must be bar-coded using the MYJBFTAGS site.
2. Click here to get a Universal Consignor Number (UCN)
3. ONE LOGIN!  You will only login into YOUR JBF PROFILE and you will see a link that says "ENTER MY TAGS".

4. MYJBFTAGS features

5. Read the step by step user guide

6. Enter & print your tags

7. Print your tags on WHITE CARDSTOCK ONLY *Click the alternate tags option when printing for ink conservation (it will print off 6 tags or more per page instead of 4). You can also change your printer to just black and white.

9. See what you sold! Track your sales online! Your sold items will be posted every evening by midnight during the sale! *if tags have to be manually entered they will not post at www.myjbftags.com; but they will be reflected in your check*

Tagging Kits:

Kit #1- 10 hangers, roll of tape, 15 lg baggies, 5 small baggies, 20 sheets of cardstock and 60 safety pins. All in a JBF reuseable bag for $10.
Kit #2-10 hangers, roll of tape, 15 lg baggies, 5 small baggies, 20 sheets of cardstock, 60 safety pins and a tagging gun (with 1000 barbs and an extra needle). All in a JBF reuseable bag for $20.


We also sell tagging guns by themselves. $10 for the gun, 500 barbs and an extra needle.

Valet Tagging:
Want someone to tag your items for you? Being a Valet Consignor is for you! Here's how it works:

Sign up ASAP! Limited spots are available.

  1. Email Stephanie at stephaniebass@jbfsale.com to reserve your spot.
  2. Bring your clean, sorted clothes/toys/items to the designated Valet tagger between January 1st and February 15th.
  3. The Valet tagger prepares and tags your items (you have 2 days to approve the tags), takes them to the sale, puts them on the sales floor AND you still make 50%!!
  4. $25 consignor fee will be deducted from your check. (an additional $5 for every 50 items over 200)
  5. You will be able to attend the consignor pre-sale Thursday, February 21st @ 4pm
  6. Enjoy your clean closets and drawers and cash your check!
  7. All items must be included in the half price sale and will be marked to donate if unsold.

ALL PREEMIE, CHILDREN'S, MATERNITY & TEEN CLOTHING:

  • JBF accepts all clothing items that have to do babies and kids. From preemie onesies to teen boy football jerseys. That would include: sleepwear accessories (belts, hats, bows, socks, under garments, etc.) uniforms (school, team, karate, Boy Scouts, etc.) costumes & dress-up holiday outfits (Christmas and Easter)
  • JBF accepts only current fashions.
  • Please do not bring items over five years old. All sizes sell well. (Larger and Plus sizes usually sell out.)


TOYS, TOYS, TOYS:

  • Infant / Babies: Rattles, bouncy seats, play gyms, Bumbos, activity mats, mobiles, cloth books, CDs, etc.
  • Toddlers: Puzzles, board books, learning toys, Duplo, building blocks, dolls, play kitchens, ride-on toys, push toys, walking & pulling toys, train tables, etc.
  • Kids and Teens: Action figures, educational toys, bikes, Legos, playhouses, outdoor equipment, sports equipment, American Girl, slides, swing sets, game tables (air hockey, ping pong, pool, etc.), arts & crafts, rollerblades and skates, balls, doll houses, board games, Bionicles, Polly Pockets, Hannah Montana items, Hot Wheels, etc.
  • and Teens: Electronic games: remote control toys, gaming systems (Nintendo, Wii, X-Box, Gameboys, etc.), skateboards, sports equipment, sewing, arts & crafts, etc.


BOOKS, VIDEOS, MUSIC & ELECTRONICS:

  • Books: JBF accepts all books in good condition. Board, cloth, picture, chapter, educational, home school curriculum, etc.
  • Videos and Music: JBF accepts music and videos that is child appropriate. No R-rated materials. CDs sell much better than cassettes in both music and movies. JBF reserves the right to remove anything deemed inappropriate off the sales floor.
  • Electronics: Electronics sell like CRAZY! JBF accepts gaming systems, games, iPods, mp3 players, computer software, Gameboys, etc.

Mommy Mart

Our mommy mart accepts ALL gently used or new furniture for your house: couches, chairs, beds, tables, futons, etc. Sorry we will no longer be accepting household decorations, only CHILDREN's room decor.

RE-GIFT- Did your child receive two of the same present for a birthday or Christmas gift? Without a receipt you cannot exchange it at most stores. So, JBF Amarillo is offering you the opportunity to re-sell the gift as a NEW product. Items for this section MUST be still in the package and never opened. This will give us all an opportunity to start Christmas shopping or grab great deals on gifts for birthday parties! The re-gift section will also apply for family friendly gifts that adults have gotten. Please email Stephanie if you have any questions on what will and will not be accepted in this section.
Holiday Decorations- Do you have Christmas decorations that never get used because you do not have enough room? JBF Amarillo is going to give you the option to sell those decorations! For the spring event we will be accepting family friendly Easter, spring and 4th of July decorations.
Crafting Corner- Did you buy all the tools required to start jewelry making, but never got around to making jewelry with them? Or did you buy scrapbooking supplies that never got used? JBF Amarillo is now going to offer you a way to sell your un-used crafting supplies. You can sell beads, ribbon, scrapbooking supplies, buttons, bows, and any other items needed to be a crafty mom! Please email Stephanie if you have any questions on what will and will not be accepted in this section.
