4pm-6pm Valet taggers/ Consignors with 300+ Items Drop-Off
6pm – 9pm Working Moms Drop-Off


WEDNESDAY February 20th

9am-7pm Consignor Drop-Off


Remember to allow at least one hour for drop-off


THURSDAY February 21st Presale Shopping

1pm- 12 hour volunteers
2:30pm- 8 hour volunteers
3:30pm - 6 hour volunteers
4:00pm – Consignor +1 Friend (No Exceptions)
5:30pm - Teachers/First Time Parents/First Time Grandparents shopping +1 Guest (No Exceptions)
7pm- Children welcome to come with all of the above groups

Noon- 7pm No children allowed except nursing infants under the age of 1 in carrier or sling. (NO STROLLERS ALLOWED)

9am-9pm Open To the Public $3 ADULT ADMISSION TO CHARITY

SATURDAY February 23rd

9am-7pm Open To the Public $3 ADULT ADMISSION FOR CHARITY
7pm- Half Price Presale for Volunteers ONLY (No Guests)
8pm- Half Price PreSale for Consignors ONLY (No Guests)

SUNDAY February 24th HALF PRICE SALE

9am-2pm Open to the Public – Half Price Day (Most Items Half Price)


2pm-7pm Breakdown
7pm-8pm Pick-Up
8pm-12am Final Clean-Up

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information

All drop-off and pick up items will be at the Amarillo Civic Center- Regency Room
(Between Entrance 5 and 6)

*Please allow at least 1 hour for drop-off*

Consignor Drop-Off:

Tuesday, February 19th from 6pm-9pm
Wednesday, February 20th 9am-7pm
It is always BEST to drop-off your own items and not have someone else drop off for you

AT DROP-OFF EXPECT THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Sign a consignor waiver
  2. Check in at the computer BEFORE dispersing items on the sales floor
  3. Have all clothing, shoes and car seats
  4. Have items with "fillers" sanitized.
  5. Check for recalls
  6. You put your items on sale floor (it is recommended to have your clothes sorted by size and gender in order to make the process go quicker for you)
     

If you are bringing large items, we cannot always guarantee that someone will be able to assist you with unloading. If possible, please plan on bringing your own "muscle" for these items.

Pick Up of Unsold Items:
*please allow at least 45 minutes for pick-up*

Sunday, February 24th 7pm-8pm (Bring ID)
PLEASE READ !!!! ID Required at Pick-Up
It is required for consignors who are picking up their unsold merchandise to bring their ID to pick up their unsold items. If someone other than the original consignor will be picking up the unsold merchandise, it must be noted on the waiver.

AT PICK-UP EXPECT THE FOLLOWING:

Check in

  1. Look over lost and found and recalled tables
  2. locate your consignor number and items.
  3. Go through each item to make sure they all belong to you
  4. Take all your items with you (and your paper consignor number) and proceed to the line
  5. Initial your waiver and consignor number
  6. check out at the exit door

Items not picked up between 7pm-8:00pm on Sunday, February 24th will be donated to our charity partner. The donation truck will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late.
