Want to shop for the BEST Bargains FIRST? It's sale time again...check your day planners, get a sitter, clear your schedules...I NEED YOU! The sale is quickly approaching and I'm thrilled that you may be interested in volunteering! Volunteers earn 70% and get to shop early!Just think about what a wonderful time you will have getting to know other bargain shoppers while helping to bring this wonderful event to the families in our area! Fall/Winter sale is October 2 - 4, 2009! Remember, you are shopping before the general public and you will be getting first pick from the best of the best! Volunteers also earn 70% on their sold items by volunteering at least 4 hours during the event. I want volunteering with Just Between Friends to be a fun experience and something that is a priviledge. There are several ways to help.
You may choose to volunteer in 2 hour increments. If you are someone who has extra time to give to the sale we would love your helping hands! Here are some ways you can volunteer... Types of volunteer jobs at the JBF event... set-up racks, signage, etc.
drop-off inspectors
drop-off assistants ~ placing items on racks and floor
helping with items that are being purchased
merchandising ~ clean-up floors & racks as items sell and are moved
working the sale floor ~ helping customers, re-hanging items
security ~ work with JBF staff for observation assistance
cashiers
take-down/sorting

NOTE: Setup and Breakdown hours are more labor intensive, but do count for DOUBLE hours. So, if you are someone with lots of energy but short on time, we'd love your help during these time slots. (These are anytime on Tuesday and 3-9 pm on Sunday.)
To shop the volunteers presale, you will need to see Camille at the Consignor/Volunteer Information Table to pick up your volunteer presale pass during consignor drop off on either Wednesday, September 30th between 1-6PM or Thursday, October 1st between 10AM-2PM. Only one person per pass - no husbands, mothers, children, pregnant friends, etc. will be permitted to attend the volunteer presale without a pass. Volunteers will be given one (1) pass to get a friend into the presale on Thursday, October 1st at 7:30pm. Consignor Presale Schedule for Fall 2009 Event
